Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

FetchTik.com ("FetchTik") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, FetchTik will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Nature of Service

FetchTik is a service provider that facilitates the downloading of content hosted on third-party platforms (such as TikTok and Douyin). FetchTik does not host, store, or archive any media files on its servers. All media is fetched on-demand directly from the original platform's servers.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content linked through our service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit FetchTik to locate the material (the specific URL found on FetchTik).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. FetchTik reserves the right to restore access to the content if the legal requirements for a counter-notice are met.
